First Time Buyer

First-time buyers don’t want to have to look back on their first home purchase regretfully. With an EBA on your team, a first-time buyer knows he/she has the advantage of knowledge working for you not against you. From analyzing your preferences in style and construction to fielding options between pre-loved homes and those for sale by owner, an EBA will help you achieve the best deal that most completely meets all of your needs—from floor-plan to price range.

An EBA will counsel first-time buyers on interest rates, mortgage options, appreciation and inspections plus construction draws and punch lists. Your EBA will provide an answer to any real estate question you have. In the case he or she doesn’t have the answer, an EBA has taken a pledge to find out who does have the answer and provide that to the home-buyer.
